What the support review found

This is a source-support gate, not an automatic fact correction.

The source evidence directly supports all three earn rules: 3 Avios for British Airways/Aer Lingus/Iberia/LEVEL flight purchases, 2 Avios for hotel accommodations booked directly with the hotel, and 1 Avios for all other purchases. The canonical categories flights, hotels, and everything_else are consistent with the source-facing descriptions and taxonomy guide. Support review was downgraded because none of the returned evidence snippets were contained in the source evidence text.

Supported claims

3 Avios for each $1 spent on flight purchases made directly with British Airways, Aer Lingus, Iberia and LEVEL
2 Avios for each $1 spent on hotel accommodations when purchased directly with the hotel
1 Avios point for each $1 spent on all other purchases
